So urban outfitters sent my package through asendia which was supposed to give it to Canada post. (horrible company) Which they never did it's been a week since they were supposed to do it. I called urban outfitters they made a ticket, if they don't solve it by tomorrow night can I demand a refund as I have to leave town. I don't have time to wait until they figure out where my order is, which probably they won't.
