The problem here is related to what you did at the start of the transaction. You opened a ticket directly with the seller asked him to release the information and that wasn't how you do middleman transactions. You need @Middleman to open the ticket and they'll provide step by step instructions what each party needs to do. Since this wasn't handled properly, obviously the seller likely panicked and recalled the account. We won't take any action against the seller for this at this time because their is an easy resolution to this.
