    -The account must still have Excalibur Prime
    -The account must be associated with an email that I can take over
    -You must be willing to meet me in game to prove you still own the account
    Sending screenshots is highly recommended

    Ill adjust the price I'm paying based on a variety of factors like current mastery rank and founder's status
