Resolved Summoners war account

    ok so I purchased a account the other day for Verad ,Charlotte,and Anavel it was for 60$ I payed him and have proof of payment .I emailed the seller and they gave the email and password for google when I actually needed the hive account/password he didn't build one and he said he syncs his account with google so there is no way that I know of to get the account Ive purchased that way I told the seller to build buts already been a day and a half that he hasn't responded I wanna know what action can I take and if I can get my money back if he chooses not to respond. http://www.playerup.com/conversations/asia-verad-charlotte-anavel-30-4star-just-for-90.223892/ View attachment 175355

    ive already said that I tried to contact to contact the seller like I said before and he hasn't contacted me back in days witch I have proof of as well he hasnt responded since January 23
