I've been having a problem with a refund on MS after someone did the no box found method. After the UPS claim finished (driver coming to my house for me to sign paper that I didn't receive box) MS emailed me that they have received the final results from the UPS Tracer Investigation and that UPS had closed out the tracer investigation with positive results, that UPS was able to prove that the delivery was made to the address and will not be issuing a claim for the missing package. What kind of love you is this?? So they prove it was sent to the correct address, so what? That's not a reason to close the investigation, is it? FYI it was just dropped off.
