Hi, Anyone had experience with Royal Mail. I tried partial refunding a UK online store and after completing their DOR form which I assumed was enough for a refund. But the online company shocked me by launch a investigation with Royal Mail and asked me to fill in a P91 form for missing items. I would drop the case and return the items but I don't have believable excuse. Any help would be great and could help others. Regards
