Hey playerup, here is an easy SE method for corsair! Requirements: 1) Amazon receipt - can be obtained using amazon receipt generator 2) Serial number - can be easily obtained on playerup.com, eBay or even by looking at YouTube videos for unboxing. 3) Box 4) $8ish for postage fees. Step 1) Go to https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and register an account with them. It's best to use fake information. Step 2) Go to "Tickets" tab and then "Create New Ticket" Step 3) Fill in all the informations required. For the "Ticket Description" I put: The keyboard is not working, the RGB does not light up and the keys are not detected. Tried different USB ports and different devices - still not working Step 4) They will reply back to your ticket with step by step instruction to test the keyboard. Just reply that you have gone through it and the keyboard is still dead. Emphasize that you need the keyboard for work and its essential this will be rectified ASAP. After that, they will reply back saying they have approved the RMA. Step 5) Do a box method. Find a box long enough that a corsair keyboard could fit inside (you can find dimensions on their website) and put some dry ice / rocks inside to spoof the weight. Step 6) Few days later, the representative will reply back saying the box was empty. Reply back saying something similar to: I am very concerned that you found my box empty and not in the same condition as I have send it. However given my situation I urgently need a replacement, can you advise how to move forward to get this sorted.
