I'm in need of a plugin, This plugin is a chat hover plugin, I will want the plugin to be called VChat What I want: I want a config where I can edit what message you get when you hover over a players username. I will also want the command to be changeable in the config for when you click on a players name. PM me your price that it will cost me, I want to test this plugin before I send over a payment. I want a command /vchat off which will turn the hover chat off.... json plugin needed.
