Is it only me or u guys are also facing this issue. People have set b/o and when i offer them their b/o they say let me think, then they decline the offer and soon after i see them posting a new threat and their price increased. I have had about 10 encounters in the past 2 weeks like this, they are firm on their b/o, and when i meet it, they just ignore it. # #/Conclusion1234 . .
