Hello everyone, Does someone have ever refunded OnePlus? It arrives in like 3 days so. I've only refunded amazon like one time so I dont really have much experience with it. Tips? I thought maybe I could say the battery #/it burned and after that exploded. Normally you have to send it back to get the refund so yeah :/ I got an email from DHL saying I have to sign for it. Thanks! PS: I bought it from the official site, not from amazon.
