    I have Paypal MyCash card with $75 loaded. My paypal is based out of Canada, and I am currently visiting the United States. I can't use the card onto my paypal so I figured I would simply give the code to a seller who has a USA paypal account.
    Paypal MyCash cards can ONLY be redeemed to USA Paypal accounts.
