    Paypal won't let me dispute it because it was sent through friends and family. This person will not give me back my money or respond to my messages.

    Found 2 addresses with the same name and face. Also noticed that in both locations, there were reports of identity theft. Found tweets suggesting that Isabella is a catfish. Any suggestions?

    Are you sure you are accusing the right person? The Davida Burge you have posted lives in Indiana, the supposed Davida according to twitter lives in Wilmington NC.
