What's up everyone in the SE section of the world I was doing some research about receiving the wrong item in the mail.....let me tell you a story.... I was purchasing some liquid cooling parts for my desktop I had order f/f extender fitting but received m/f fitting instead I emailed the company that day saying "blah blah you sent me the wrong parts for my desktop" so I got a response saying "sorry to hear blah blah blah please keep the product seeing it's small price" so the other day I got the replacement in the mail with a letter saying "I hate to request this but if you could send back the incorrect product that would be great".... So I was researching some things and came across this https://www.consumer.ftc(dot)gov/art...ed-merchandise Pretty much stating I can keep the product as a "free gift" so should I send it back to them or no...I haven't herd anything from them for a few days and it's not like it's a major impact the product is only 3$ anndddddd I was also thinking this could help with se'ing someway or somehow but anyway knock yourself out if you can think of a day to implement this in the future
