    He scammed me 208 USD.
    1. Even if I make a first-in-first-out payment, he puts off the transfer of ownership by one excuse or another.
    2. He suddenly asks for a surcharge in the middle that is different from what was initially agreed upon or explained.
    3. If you refuse to pay the surcharge, he unilaterally cancels the transaction. And he don't proceed with the refund immediately and even postpone this.
    4. Even on the date of the refund deadline he promised, he keeps trying to delay the refund, and if you protest strongly about this, he threatens me, let alone an apology.
    5. In the end, he didn't proceed with the refund even if it was over the deadline. He stole my money.

    I have all the conversation details. Don't be deceived by his nonsense.

    The refund has been made back already and because the server was sold to someone else you started arguing me why i didn’t sold to you instead of someone else. So don’t post useless stuff.
