Description Of Reported Scam

• On January 15, 2025 at 2:17 PM EST, @Nicolas Garcia placed an order on PlayerUp.

Before the order started, the buyer fully verified their transaction

• On January 15, 2025 at 4:10 PM EST, this order was activated - https://www.playerup.com/conversati...on-id-10318101316-3-way-conversation.2991011/ with seller Alfa - Trade.

• On January 16, 2025, PlayerUp removed seller Alfa - Trade for his inability to complete transactions and previous known account bans - https://www.playerup.com/threads/banned-member-alfa-trade.6379173/. When a seller is removed from PlayerUp, all pending transactions with buyers are voided.

• On January 18, 2025, Nico Garcia under the username @Nicolas Garcia opted to for some reason post multiple disputes proclaiming he has been scammed. The reality is Nico Garcia hasn't been charged yet for this transaction and the order was set to auto void. As you can see below, the transaction is pending capture and hasn't been settled yet.

• On January 18, 2025, PlayerUp officially voided this transaction and force voided the charge so Nico Garcia could hopefully receive his funds back sooner which his bank is holding.

We still have not heard back from you on this matter @Nicolas Garcia. Is this resolved?
