1. Person named Allas91 contacted me about my listed Raid Shadow Legends account on a date January 12 2025. 2. I have listed my Raid Shadow Legends account here for a sale 3. I have asked for a 400$, but we agreed for a price of 380$ 4. We talked in Discord 5. We agreed to complete payment in Crypto 6. Email: [email protected] 7. [email protected] 8. So called "middleman" in a Discord named Cherubuk, that Allas91 found and contacted about assisting us in this deal 9. I will share screenshots of our conversation Allas91 contacted me here on Playerup that he wanted to buy my Raid SL account that I have listed here for a sale, and he told me that Playerup site is not reliable and that I will never get my money if I sell it here, so he suggested we talk in Discord. When I contacted him in DC, he has a nick there called Trips (suurputs), and he suggested to complete a deal using middleman, and I asked him if he could find someone reliable, and he found a person named Cherubuk, and he created a group between 3 of us and we started talking there about transaction and completing this deal. After Allas91 "payed" middleman fee, I gave access to my account to middleman Cherubuk, and he said my Raid account is valid and that Allas91 can pay me the money for this transaction, but after that Allas91 said that he doesnt have enough money in his Binance wallet and that we need to wait 24 hours. Next day, after 24 hours passed, Allas91 said that he needs more proofs and screenshots of my account in order to pay me. But, suddenly middleman Cherubuk had a "car accident" and ended up in a hospital and that he cant share more screenshots of my Raid account. When I told Allas91 next day that I will tell Cherubuk to return my Raid account to me, or that Allas91 completes the payment to me and after that, he can talk to Cherubuk about account handover, Allas91 disbanded our Group chat with Cherubuk and he removed me as a friend so I couldnt reach him anymore. So please, everyone, be aware of this guy, dont make any bussines with him, he will trick you and scam you. I honestly hope Playerup will ban him for good.
User has now been banned. The buyer was clearly fraud and I am shocked you proceeded into this. You'll need to contact Raid Shadow Legends and work to get your account back that way by recalling it. In addition, since the transaction was processed on Discord, you'll need to contact Discord about this. We do not investigate offsite disputes and you opted to not use PlayerUp Middleman Services which would have protected you.

Thank you very much for your help and reaction to this report. And Im so sorry that I was so naive and got baited into this fraud. I have already contacted Discord and Plarium Play support, but PP support is very slow in reply and making any real actions in recovering my account even though I have shared all necessary informations about my account. I will try talk once again with Discord support or Admins there in order to ban that guy. I even have more screenshots of our conversation in Discord, and some more screenshots of our talk in here as well after this happened, that I didnt uploaded here, but If needed I will share those as well. I know I was stupid to fell for this, and It was my fault to trust this guy. I only hope he and people like him, dont ever scam anyone else. Thats why I proceeded with this report.
Plarium Play support, but PP support I'd research alternative ways to contact them. I know alot of sellers just try to contact them through discord or using alternative contacts because game support takes as you said forever for a response. Not just Raid Shadow Legends but had an issue with Call of Dragons recently as well. Same issue.
I will try some other ways of contacting Plarium Play or Raid support. I honestly hope they will manage to retrieve my account, which I have played for more then 4 years. Thank you very much for your help dear Sir, I appreciate your effort and sharing all these tips with me.
