So I currently live in an apartment where there is a mailroom so I personally do not sign or receive the package someone else does. So other I'm pretty sure they sign for the package. I was planning on doing a refund for Urban Outfitters would this hurt my chances of getting a full refund or is it still possible. If anyone lives in a place where there is a mailroom please let me know if it works or not.
