Scammed, please help

    I need your help. I was scammed by this guy Tsvetelin Dimitrov. He wanted to check out my account before paying. I initially said no way/forget it. He then asked me to join his Alliance and had people vouch for him. I also had the email account to recover the account if necessary. As it turns out, he scammed the other account and was impersonating Max, the other account owner. He realized that he wouldn't be able to keep my account based on our discussion, so he deleted all of my troops and buildings, throwing out thousands of dollars.

    Earlier in the discussion, I sent him a PayPal invoice using his email address. This is how I got his name. Do you have any suggestions?
    The email he used for PayPal is [email protected] owned by Tsvetelin Dimitrov
