[Release] EXTERNAL: ExR4dar++(V0.4) Undetected | Bhop, Trigger, Radar, Noflash

Been busy coding the randomizer to keep this undetected so only added 2 features this update

To start of with some people can't seem to grasp to radar concept. Its a topdown radar with the center as youre crosshair..... orange == bad guy | blue == good guy

IMPORTANT Triggerbot delays under 150ms cause untrusted (I heard that somewhere)

**UPDATE** Cheat has been randomized and had a lot of junk code added made UNDETECTED

The radar specifically designed to make the user not get overwatched; it is coded so the user only has an approximate location of the enemy. Unlike an ESP that can get users overwatched if they accidentally look at someone through a wall.
