    First is refund. Refund will go to your G2A wallet however funds will be frozen for 14 days. After that time you will be able to use them. Second option is attempt of solving this with the seller. He will have got possibility of issuing you new key as replacement, or a refund straight to your payment operator. If he will not answer at all, or will not cooperate, you will be able to escalate this dispute into claim, and there one of our specialists will be assisting you, so for sure you will be not left alone with that dispute.
