    I contacted the member through the ad and link above.

    I made the payment ($9) but he raised the price.

    I said okay, sorry, and sent the remaining amount ($16) on top of the fee.

    The member did not respond to the messages and blocked me.

    I have all the evidence; the conversations and the crypto addresses I sent.
