Basically im buying from a website that sells cards and they allow payment via paypal but for the cheapest shipping no tracking nor insurance is provided. It is optional to choose a higher priced shipping but i was thinking of saying that the cards didn't arrive since they have no tracking to fight the claim on paypal. So, what's the chances of success for charging back since they could claim i chose not to buy the better shipping which comes with insurance and tracking? and how many times can i do it on a verified paypal account? thanks for the answers
