Hey I messaged the seller by the name of ‘esamel’ to buy a UK TikTok account on telegram. At first he told me a higher price than what was advertised but then said that it’s because it’s a UK account. He took the payment from me and then a couple of days later he said he doesn’t have a UK account but a France one. I am new to TikTok buying so wasn’t too sure how it worked but because I lived in the UK I wanted a UK one, anyway he assured me that the France account will be ok to use for going live and I even asked if it would be okay for applying for TikTok shop affiliate down the line. After using the account for a few days it didn’t work as intended and I wasn’t allowed to apply for TikTok affiliate because it was registered in France and I am using it in the UK, so I assumed as it’s been a few days I can’t ask the seller to change the account and I left it at that. Around a week later I decided to buy another account and messaged another seller on here by the name of ‘Tv stor1’, he spoke about the price etc and I was making sure this time it’s a UK account and is eligible to apply for affiliate, as soon as we got to the payment step he sent me the same paypal details as the other seller I bought from the first account ‘esamel’ so I thought straight away that it’s the same person with two different accounts. I didn’t buy and instead confronted both account and they said they are friends who use same payment account, whether that’s true or not I don’t know. i didn’t buy the account of course and instead asked ‘esamel’ to exchange the account for me which he said he will. A few days later I heard nothing and when I messaged I didn’t get a reply until I messaged again the next day. I asked for a refund or change the account but he’s just dragging it on and I know this will not be resolved. At this point I just want a refund and I am happy to return the account Please can an admin sort this out for me
