    I am the same guy from playerup we were in contact about buying your star trek online account . If you got the money already then I just have to tell PayPal that there was a misunderstanding and that I got the account now . So if you can send me the correct details then I will check the account then after checking it in game I will change the information like the email and password associated with it.

    No I did get the money, I gave you the wrong account info.

    Basically when I set it up for you, I did a test account to make sure I was able to change the account email without it taking like 50 steps. When I got the money and I switched the account over to the test email id set up for you (the same email you got) and id accidentally switched the test account rather than the main account (id logged in through arc on 2 tabs on my pc and got them mixed up).

    I have the correct account info here for you, I’ve just changed it to a new email and stuff, but I’ve now been banned from epic and PayPal has sent me an email saying you marked it as an unauthorised payment which means they’re now investigating me?? I woke up this morning to all these emails and I can’t even respond to PayPal because I closed the account after (I set it up for this specifically, I don’t usually use PayPal other than this I use my direct bank). So if you could please call your card company or whatever you need to do to get that closed down, I can then give you the correct details. But right now I’m essentially being investigated and they might just take the money straight back off me. I can’t do anything until PayPal emails me again and I can’t contact them to let them know.

    Please try and fix this if you can, I apologise I messed up the accounts but I genuinely didn’t mean any malice. I’m really upset and don’t know what to do, I’ve been panicking all day.

    What charge back? I thought you got the money already. I did a dispute on PayPal and it was declined. Please give me the legitimate account info of the account of the videos you showed me.

    You mean you did not get the money ? I thought you scammed me. I went on the account and it was totally blank new one.

I’ve just been back through everything (epic has deleted my account so I cannot see the messages anymore but through my notes), I gave you the login for the account I used to test the email change by mistake, I have the proper login here (I’d changed the email on the wrong account by accident). Please can you cancel the dispute and get back to me asap so I can get you the account details.
