Sold Selling 12 year old xbox account (funding reasons)

NewThe account is 12 years old as stated, 31 followers which used to be the same same amount of friends, but Xbox just changed the configuration of that, anyway.
In gamerscore it has 66,467 and it will be going up while I still play. It has several games completed to 100%, multiple Halo titles with a lot of progress (The MCC with all the DLC, although I have a physical copy, Halo 5 pretty much completed(in game pass) ,and Infinite has a lot of investment in it with overall 51 days of playtime (131 achievements out of 144).
The account comes with 62 games, included: the Arkham Trilogy (the first two remastered), Battlefield 1, Conker, Control The Entire Doom Series (both Doom I & II in their non X|S and X|S versions) except Eternal) Dragon Fighter Z, Far Cry 3,4 and 6.
Halo Infinite, Just Cause 3, Lego Batman 1,2, Marvel 1, avengers and 2, Lego Star Wars 2, 3, Complete Saga and Skywalker Saga (untouched).
Lego the incredibles, ninjago, Harry Potter and DC super villains. The Metro Trilogy remastered
Minecraft, Outer Wilds, the trilogy of Tomb Raider (the new one) and another bunch
It also has some movies, like Interstellar and Us.
