Here is an update: 1. @Zen Agency you have 3 buyers accusing you of exactly the same thing all through telegram. 2. Our policy is if sellers opt to post an offsite messenger, you run the risk of having to deal with potential liabilities. Your decision to post a telegram username and do business offsite on telegram which conversations can easily be deleted you run the risk of situations like this where buyers may falsely accuse you. You need to change the way you're doing business and start doing business through PlayerUp directly. If you don't, then we have no way to defend you. 3. @jam112 this morning has provided screenshots of your conversation offsite and the information we requested to confirm they did business with you. 4. We no longer take sides on offsite transactions. We have no control over this process. 5. @Zen Agency you have yet to prove you're legit. You have never completed a single transaction on PlayerUp despite having "Middleman" listings. You need to resolve this issue with @jam112 directly. If you truly believe you were falsely accused, talk to him. There is nothing more we can and will do for you. I have noted your account so if further requests are made to takedown feedback, they will be denied. This includes new users if it happens. The only pathway forward for you again is: 1. Communicate with these buyers, resolve their issues or show concluded evidence that you were clearly not involved which you cannot, OR 2. Change the way you're conducting business immediately. We will no longer defend any further disputes/feedback takedowns moving forward. If someone else accuses you of a telegram scam, then we will not be able to overturn that.

Guys looks like this scam took recently, since the scammer is ofc not going to return your money i suggest you do a chargeback and provide all the proofs to your bank. Dispute the transaction and within 14 days you will be refunded.
