Hi, I just have an idea, that we can create 2 paypal accounts. And one account act as a seller and another as a buyer. So once the seller account receive the money, they withdraw all of them. And after that, they buyer account make a dispute that resulted in a chargeback to the seller account. But, it will make the seller account has - in balance. That way we can make money. How do you guys think about that idea?
