Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I had ordered Discord members for 2 different servers from him but due to Discord's ToS they deleted my previous account and all servers associated with it. I contacted him from a new Discord account to pay him so the member count wouldn't drop on the second server but I didn't know what exactly I had ordered last time as it had been about a month. I asked him and he told me to provide him with the Discord server which I did and he told me what I had bought. I paid him $21 in BTC so the member count wouldn't drop. The next day all the members left the server so I contacted him and he told me I must have kicked them because they don't just leave, after showing him my servers audit logs he sent me a random discord invite link (could have been for the first server I purchased members for but since Discord deleted my account I can't check) and so I once again provided him with the servers invite link. He goes on to tell me he applied proxies to the previous server instead and when I showed him the invite link to the current server, which he used to invite members to, and is still active, he tells me this link has just been created and gives me the run around saying I need to buy it again. TLDR he asked me for my servers invite link 3 times and then adds members to my banned server. (I've edited my server/username out of the pictures for my privacy)
First of all, let's say that online members only stay online for 1 month, if you buy 3 months, they stay online for 3 months. If you buy an online member once and expect the seller to give you an unlimited online member, this is impossible Members need a proxy to stay online, and the proxies expire after one month and need to be purchased again. We have sent you the members and you have confirmed it in the chat, so you cannot say that you did not receive anything or that it was removed from the server tomorrow.
