    • On July 6, 2021, member A S opened a ticket with PlayerUp stating they sent payment for $100 credits. During this time, PlayerUp received no notifications of any incoming payment so we ignored this as a fake credit purchase ticker.

    • On August 25, 2024, over 3 years later we received notice from this user A S that we scammed him, never credited them for this transaction. After conducting a full review, we can confirm that the user never sent funds to us. The user claims they sent funds to this address: bnb10749k3j3lk763s9amgfhtyf72pfggf22x7glc0. However this is a binance address, not our address and we didn't support using binance until Mid 2023. When we attempted to follow up with A S to confirm they stopped responding so we assume that the member was either mistaken or is trying to claim $100 USD in funds they never sent.
