Hi I refunded an item but its not showing on my amazon history I thought when you have refunded an item it says something like 'refunded' or whatever I dont have that next to my item? does that mean the rep forgot? I hope he did so next refund when rep see my account they wont know i refunded? is that how it works? Anyway I got the refunded but whats not my question so yh
