    All that must be known is that I payed $70 for a Wizard101 account, he said he needed to change some passwords around on the account and then for the next two days he hasn't responded. He has stolen my money. But if at all possible I still really want this account but for his actions against me I might want more than that.

    I wouldn't wait. He could withdrawal the funds by now and then you maybe screwed because PayPal won't necessarily protect you as a buyer if the funds are gone.
