    It seems there is an IP duplication issue.

    I intended to consolidate my accounts and switch to using [email protected] from [email protected].

    Therefore,

    Please delete the [email protected] account and lift the restrictions on the [email protected] account.

    The reason for the IP duplication issue is that after purchasing an item with the forablecity account, access to the My Page was restricted. To check whether the issue was with the account or the PlayerUp service, I logged in with the purplejuun account.

    Additionally,
    I have made two item purchases with the forablecity account but received nothing in return.
    Even today, I could not access My Page. I have sent three tickets over the past few days, but there has been no response. If this non-responsiveness continues, I will have to report fraudulent transactions to my credit card company.

    I regret that this issue has occurred while trying to use the community normally.

    And I was scammed on my first transaction through this site. Despite people leaving comments and reporting the seller as a scammer, the site did nothing. It's disappointing that the IP duplication issue receives immediate attention while people's financial losses are ignored.

    And in the first place, there's no way to delete an account on PlayerUp. The FAQ page just says that you can't manually delete an account and to simply stop using it.

    Did I post duplicate comments or threads while using the new account? I didn't engage in any abusive behavior. I just made two item purchases with my credit card on the new account and left three inquiries, but received no response. I only logged in to the new account to check if there was an issue.

    If you don't believe me, check all the logs of the pages I accessed.

    And you still haven't addressed the refund issue.
