I did a Charge HR two days ago. I asked the rep to send the replacement form to an alternate email ( one I had access to ). It went fine and today I received a confirmation email saying that the order was received. However, afterwards I got an email asking for me to send back the tracker: Has anyone done the replacement form and succeeded in the shipping? I am afraid that replacement form means that they do a second check before shipping and could possibly ask for the device back. Is FitBit dead?
