The buyer then complained a day later and again a couple days later they never received anything. We asked the seller to upload proof of delivery A week later the seller responds sending messages that are fabricated claiming he delivered the account to the buyer through discord (we clearly inform the seller that you should deliver on PlayerUp, not on a 3rd party messenger service like discord since those messages can be fabricated). The problem here is the sellers screenshots are clearly not legit. Look at the timestamp. 1/16/24 but the buyer paid for this on 1/27/24 so how did the seller deliver this to him 11 days prior to payment? Buyer then claims that he didn't receive anything still from the seller over discord. As you can clearly see in the messages above, the seller didn't deliver. The messages above the seller sent are fake or with someone not related to this buyer. The seller has attempted to exploit us by receiving payment for an item which they never delivered. Additionally, offsite they're trying to get buyers to pay the seller directly. The buyer then continued to confront the seller. Which the seller ignored. The seller then replied back over 2.5 months later complaining we didn't pay him. Which was obviously not done because they never delivered.
