Hello, my question is pretty self explanatory i guess, i have SE'd a fitbit before, it was actually on my first attempt, but i tried after this and i just had no luck, i can manage to convince them, but, when it comes to the final part, they ask for a picture, i send them a picture and then they request for me to send it back or else there is nothing i can do about it, if anyone could help, it would be much appreciated. thank you!
