    On October 1, 2022, Ms Celia Reyna placed an order with PlayerUp. The order number was 7645000076 using the following card to make a payment for this (CC Number: 479455******6420 Issuing Bank In United States CC Expiration: 12/24 CC Type: Visa) for the amount of $2,626.50.     On October 14, 2022, you confirmed you received the account from the seller and confirmed delivery.

    On October 29, 2022, the seller was fully paid for this transaction - https://www.playerup.com/conversations/middleman-wallet-balance-cashout-completed.2613926/

    On November 12, 2022, we received notice you filed a chargeback on the full amount of 2626.50 - Case Number: 2022315008336. The cardholder dispute said the following Fraud - card absent environment. Unauthorized charge. Supply invoice or order form, evidence of positive AVS response received and proof of delivery to the AVS confirmed address. No explanation or reason was given by you why you opted to dispute this payment.

    On November 13, 2022, we attempted to reach out to you. We contacted you on PlayerUp here - https://www.playerup.com/conversati...ency-transaction-id-7645000076.2604196/page-2 and https://www.playerup.com/conversati...ion-id-7837874024-3-way-conversation.2639000/. You did not reply. We tried to call you at your phone number, nobody called back initially. We then tried to contact you on telegram chat, no reply.

    On November 13, 2022, as a result of your action, we were able to find a way to recall the account on you since you're disputing the payment and trying to get a free account which is what we did.

    On November 14, 2022, as soon as you could no longer access the account, then you finally reached out to us on telegram on messages that have since been deleted on your end to cover up your wrong doings.

    November 14, 2022 to November 28, 2022, throughout the next 2 weeks through difficult discussions with you through telegram and fake emails/information you provided us, fake payments which you claimed you sent to the seller by paypal which you didn't, we agreed that you would repay the amount to us and then we would return the account you purchased back to us.

    On November 30, 2022, you repaid us for this transaction.

    On November 30, 2022, we attempted to now re-deliver the account you purchased back to you which we did here - https://www.playerup.com/conversati...ion-id-7837874024-3-way-conversation.2639000/. Upon delivering it, you reported to us that the account has been suspended.

    On November 30, 2022, we agreed to void the 2nd payment until this issue was resolved and would investigate the issue.

    On November 30, 2022, we opened an investigation on why the account had been suspended when it was working perfectly fine prior to deliver. We discovered that during the time between November 14, 2022 to November 30, 2022 you were privately contacting the seller of the transaction and asking him to help you out at getting the account back.

    Upon our discovery, on November 27, 2022, you reached out to the seller of the transaction Govynda and asked him to assist you at obtaining access to the account - https://forums.ddo.com/forums/member.php/738884-govynda108 even though you disputed the payment.

    As a result of your actions of attempting to ask the seller for assistance, you locked/suspension causing irreparable damage to the account you purchased. You were not entitled to this account during this timeframe because you had disputed the payment.

    On December 1, 2022 onwards you cut off all communication with us, deleted the telegram chats and would not return our phone calls. In addition to that, we later discovered you have been doing the same thing on other sites trying to scam other members - https://www.epic npc.com/threads/dungeon-and-dragons-online.2315046/#post-8627500. On this same day, the seller confirmed this is exactly what you did.
