I recently bought 40 GBP products from their website and paid through PayPal. Since then PayPal payment hasn't gone through. Its still pending. But, I got my products and I only ordered to get a refund or partial refund. I called H&M the next day I got my delivery. On the call, they said refund will be issued in the next 3-5 days after their team emails me. They havent emailed me anything yet. I don't know what to do now. Please help me and I also have some more queries in refunding thing. Will love your help.
