    REMEMBER that these accounts were registered from France. If you want to buy the new expac, you will need an euro credit card. Or you can ask for a change at Daybreak company, i will not help here, i have never done that. There is a thread here where you have some explanations. I know there are just a few players from Europe here, its why i have lowered the prices.
