I was trading this guy for the past 2 days. Skoobruh kept giving me excuses saying that he had no WiFi, he was doing a project, and he was playing boarder lands. He finally sent me his paypal email to send the money for the ubhp's. I sent him $10.50 for 13 ubhp's. He said he did not receive the payment even after i sent him screen shots of me sending it and him receiving it.
