During the transfer appeared a bug and the account disappeared in the place where was linked, never happened before and never happened again, so was needed contact support to recover the account. I told the owner how to recover the account through support, as is better if the owner does it, as they require some proof of purchases, he had some, but he not got it. I wanted help and try myself, but I was having some health problems, high headaches, and was not able to work, I not worked during 2 months or more, but I told him that is needed keep trying until get the correct employer who knows how to recover accounts, is very easy, but for some reason he was not getting it, requested a charge back on PayPal and he sent a negative feedback here and on PlayerUp, he won the dispute, he got the money back, so he is happy currently, but he generated a lot of problems, as I need recover the account myself again and sell it again. This was a bug, is not a negative feedback because I did some scam, or explaining a negative experience, he was completely satisfied with my service, as he used me as middleman 3 times, no one who is unsatisfied uses the same service 3 times lol and I have proof and videos of each time he used my service, so only is a negative because a bug of a game like SWGoH which has a lot of bugs and are things that happens. He not got solve it himself and I needed solve it myself, wasting a lot of time, as the account lost progress and I needed play it during 4 months or more to get the same value he paid and anyway I lost money and I had a negative feedback during 2 years which for sure harmed me in my economy as probably someone not purchased me accounts because not have 100% positive feedbacks and have 99,5% positive feedbacks "only" lol I not paid a lot of attention to it as I was thinking that at the end is my best positive feedback, as it demonstrates that my method works well and no one gets access once applied, so is a secure transfer, but is a lot of text to read for new buyers to understand this thing, probably harms more than benefits, I not want it anymore, so I think it's time to move on and remove it as I not deserve it, these are the videos with the proof of the delivery and the proof that still is active the account (in the bottom right, inside the ally requests, appears the last connection time), so everyone is happy currently and is not needed keep this feedback only because a bug: @Hulk
If the issue is resolved, why not just ask @sgtjackyboy90 to remove it? You don't need our consent, just ask the person who left it who can also remove it.
@Hulk is not resolved as is unfair, because a resolved bug I have a negative feedback forever in my profile, when he already confirmed that he received the money back when he did the charge-back, so the thing he says in the feedback is not true, the title is "Account lost", when in the last video you can check that the account is active, so is not lost, and inside the feedback says "Thanks to quim process i have Lost my account and my Money (400 euro)", both things are not true as he confirmed himself that recovered the money with the PayPal charge-back and the account is not lost because is active, I got recover it, so everyone is happy and you need check it again and remove it as all things he is saying are not true. On EpiNPC this feedback already got removed 2 days ago, I sent them the same message and he not replied there. Is not needed him to check the situation of this feedback and remove it. Has been enough bad have it during 2 years, I not deserve it, the problem that happened was not my bad, was a game bug simply, he got the money back and I got recover the account and I sold it again and is active, so now everyone is happy and it's time to remove it.

He will not help because is a bad guy who did a bad thing like claim a charge-back on PayPal in a correctly transferred account, saying he lost the money, when he got the charge-back long time ago, few days after send the negative, he opened the dispute on PayPal and then he sent the negative feedback, that feedback maybe had some sense while the account was in recovery process through EA support and while the PayPal dispute was in process, but he won the PayPal dispute, as you can see on the Epi NPC thread, as the digital products like game accounts not have seller protection, the nickname is almost the same on that thread and you can check is the same person, so he confirmed himself that received the money, you only need put https://www.epic at the beginning of the link I said and the link will be completed and you can check it. So is not true that he lost the money, as he has it since long time ago, few days after write this feedback. Got banned this Saturday/Sunday on EpiNPC there because a moderator is disturbing me because of middleman services saying that I need have access since the beginning and not when I find a buyer, something which has no sense, but will be unbanned soon, anyway I will not publish accounts anymore there, my costumers will publish it directly and then we will do the sale outside of that site lol as the moderators are very bad there, but anyway this is a 2 year old thread and you can check it anyway as proof he said that received the money and in the second video I send you have the proof is an active account, so is not true that the money is lost and is not true that the account is lost. So all things he said are not true and this feedback must be removed by an admin like you, we don't need him to remove it as you can check yourself in the Epi NPC link that is true that he received the money as he confirmed it himself and you can check in the video that the account is active, so is not lost, so simply check yourself and remove it. This second guy is a troll, he contacted me to purchase an account, but he not wanted apply my security methods to protect myself and he got angry, so we not did a transaction, I not got money from him and he not got an account from me, so he cannot publish negative feedback only because not likes my method, if he not likes my method can search another one, but without troll me. On Epi NPC also published the same and 24 hours after they removed it. Here on PlayerUp you should do the same and after 24 hours remove it if the guy not shows proof about the thing he is saying, as if you keep it during too much time it harms my sales, is being 48 hours now and until you remove it will be almost 3 days with that negative feedback harming me, so remove it and if he send some proof ban me, but meanwhile remove it. EDITED: Now 5 days with that negative feedback, probably will be 6-7 when you remove it LOL you should remove it after 24 hours, not 72 hours, if they are as quick to publish it, they should be as quick to reply and send the proofs.
