R8 reaver - all maps (except isendeep)/skills/traits, 19 aud, half rank to r9, some items/gold/stuff in bag;

Lvl 100 captain - 60 class points, 5+ virtues, have FA LI's (not played on it since lvl 85), tons of good items in vault;

Other low lvl toons - everyone have some good stuff in vault/bags.
