Exploiting my Carrier

    Hello everyone! I have a interesting question for you guys! So, let me start of with explaining my situation. I live in a pretty rural community up in the forests/mountains, and 100% of the time during the winter when the weather gets bad (snows ALOT) my carrier will leave my package at a local restaurant (If its to big to fit into my mailbox). Pretty weird right? but I was wondering if you guys had any ideas of how this could be exploited in relation to refunds and such. Like If I say my package never arrived, they could never do anything about it because it never gets delivered to me personally, and practically anyone going into the restaurant could just take the package! Also there is no signing.
