Just re-iterating the previous stories of amazon cracking down on things. I have had 3 refunds placed into 'investigation' now, requiring me to contact the shippers for either missing items from packages, or missing packages both. (These were on both fresh and vested accounts with no refunds prior). All 3 times they informed they would not make a decision until 72 hours after, and they would not approve a refund or re-ship until 3-5 business days after. They contacted the shipper on all 3 issues to verify shipping weights and deliveries, and verified shipping weight from their own warehouse if the seller was Amazon or Amazon Warehouse Deals 2 of the refunds failed, stuck to my story all 3 times. the 2 that failed i was informed the issue was 'with the shipper' and that i needed to file a report with them for the refund.
