    Terrible support, scammers selling accounts no help from the site at all gotta wait 10 years to get anything

    Give us time to actually assist you here before making these bold claims here.

    The person you dealt with is a clear cut scammer who is trying to obviously manipulate you into paying him directly.

    It was apparent right away the seller was a scammer which is why your order was frozen and didn't start up right away. There is no point in wasting your time here so we instantly cancelled and instantly voided this transaction. You're 100% protected using middleman services and while you might run into scam sellers, you'll never actually get scammed if you purchase directly through us.

    This issue is now 100% resolved.

    You didn’t want to assist, the only reply I got back all night was a reply telling me I emailed the wrong support, I still haven’t got my money back, so it’s not 100% resolved, but yeah.. thanks

    You paid yesterday and we resolved your issue yesterday. We did assist. Voided charges can take a few days for your bank to update on their end.
