Long story short, I recently got scammed on paypal for 100$. The mistake which I did was sending the money "Payment to a friend". So now when I try to open a dispute, it tells me that I cannot do it. Do I have a chance of still somehow getting a refund? Should I call PayPal and explain the whole situation?
