Account is in CIS region, which means that if you play outside this region you need VPN to one of CIS countries first before your first launcher login. After that you can access the game without VPN freely from where ever your butt is seated. There are plenty free VPN's for this and if you run into problem I'll help you out with it. Account is in good standing, meaning that no cheats or hacks were ever used while playing the game. No forum bans either.
