Just a question, I didn't watch the Fitbit SE'ing methods too much in these weeks, I ran a little live chat for a Surge, all good, yet in the end they canceled my replacement order. I went to live chat, did a little session with them again, all good, except for the last step, where the rep guy told me it's absolutely necessary that I deliver the faulty device to them first and then I'll get my replacement. So I pretty much invented a really good excuse, yet, in the end the rep basically told me to love you off because I won't get any replacement until I do as they say. So, am I just stupid and didn't have the right words in my sleeve, or actually SE'ing Fitbit is pretty much done nowadays? Thanks guys!
