We have received numerous reports about ONE user within the past few days, said user has been on the list for so long. This discussion isn’t just about them, this discussion is about every scammer out there. Scammers are still able to view the subreddit and message you, even if we ban them. Checking the list would be just the bare minimum to protect yourself, don’t even trust scammers no matter how kind they are or if you think you won’t get scammed just because you told them “don’t scam me please” “i have medical bills/rent to pay so please dont scam me”. Scammers are sociopaths, they wouldn’t care about a stranger on the internet who’s in a bad situation or a stranger who simply wanted to trade. No matter how kind they are, no matter how many hearts they send, no matter how patient they are with you, if they’re on the list, they’re a scammer, even if they sound like the biggest sweetheart you’ve ever met, they’re doing all of that just to scam you.
