Amazon now has a new whole dept for refunds either your package is signed not signed or dropped at your porch. You guys know I've been doing refunds for a while but this week something happend. I called for 3x refunds all around 800$/950$ after calling the rep told me I need to trasnfer your call to a special dept because we can't handle this here only they can. I said no problems after waiting 20mi to speak with this new "DEPT" The laid comes ask for info as usual and tell me the package is signed and the carrier wouldn't ever leave a package with someone else. After she start talking so manny love you I decided to hang up. This happend to all my 3x refunds anyway after a few hours my customers come and say they got the refund email and after that 2 hours later that it was processed. So what I think it's not all the rep's know this yet but once they do I smell the end.
