Sold Looking for an older state with an open alliance shell

    Active alliance looking to potentially move states. While we love our current state, other alliances are moving out and we simply cannot defend our state with the alliances remaining.

    There are two 40s in our alliance, one true might is 729m, and the other 605m.

    We would like to move to an old state with an open alliance shell and a collaborative state management style. We'd prefer not to start over.
